Turnkey Irrigation Projects Large-Scale Pivot & reel Hose Integration
A 1,000-hectare open-field maize project in Malaysia was implemented using a combination of 13 center pivots and 6 reel hoses. The fully automated system included complete design, supply, and installation—delivering precise and efficient irrigation across challenging sloped terrain.

How We Made It Happen
Challenge
The site’s steep slopes and dispersed field layout required a flexible yet highly reliable irrigation solution. Managing water supply over large distances and varying elevations added to the complexity.
Resolution
Three strategically placed reservoirs—each designed to support irrigation for up to 1,000 hectares—fed the system through floating pump stations. Thirteen 400-meter-long center pivots were installed with end guns for maximum coverage, each supported by individual fertigation units. Reel hoses were deployed to irrigate areas beyond the pivot reach. The outcome: a resilient and efficient irrigation system, fully adapted to topographic, agronomic, and operational requirements.

Pivot Deployment for country’s largest Dairy Farm
A 400-hectare pivot irrigation project was delivered in three phases over several years for TH Milk’s maize cultivation program in Vietnam. Designed to irrigate feed crops for the country’s leading dairy producer, the multi-year initiative included full design and supply of water infrastructure, including a floating pump station on a rain-fed reservoir, and a fully automated irrigation system.
