Challenge
Establishing effective irrigation for a newly planted cherry orchard required a system flexible enough to match tree placement, while ensuring long-term durability and even water distribution across the entire 30-hectare site.
Resolution
A customized drip irrigation system was implemented using blind-pipes paired with on-line Gali drippers, allowing customized dripper positioning to align precisely with each tree. This approach supports accurate water delivery to the root zone and accommodates the layout of a young and developing orchard.
