Continuous Air Release Valves
Continuous Air Release/vacuum Relief Plastic Valves
Continuous Air Release / vacuum relief valves are engineered to ensure effective air discharge and intake in water pipelines during system start-up and shut-down, while also removing residual air that accumulates during operation. Manufactured in reinforced plastic, these valves offer strong durability along with resistance to weathering and corrosion, making them highly suitable for agricultural irrigation.
Applications
Kinetic Air Expulsion:
As the pipeline fills, the air valve stays open to discharge excess air from the system. Once the pipe is completely filled with water, the valve shuts securely to ensure a tight, leak-free seal.
Kinetic Air Admission:
When negative pressure or a vacuum occurs inside the pipeline, the valve opens to admit air. This action relieves vacuum stress and safeguards pipes and connected components from potential damage.
Residual Air Expulsion (Automatic Air):
The valve continuously releases residual air that develops within the system, even under pressurized operation. By eliminating air pockets, it helps maintain consistent performance and efficiency.
Highlights
- Lightweight Design: Built from weather-resistant reinforced plastic, these valves are easy to install and deliver long-term reliability.
- Effective Air Release & Intake: Handles large volumes of air during pipeline filling or pump shut-down, ensuring stable system operation.
- Reliable Low-Pressure Sealing: Maintains secure sealing even under low-pressure conditions. Debris Protection: A screened venting passage prevents foreign particles from entering and reduces the risk of blockages.
- Flexible & Secure Connections: The plastic model features a threaded elbow outlet to allow adaptable installation options.
